Order Status

I Cannot Submit My Order

If you cannot submit your order and are receiving an error message beginning with “Gateway Error:”, there is an issue with your card. Possible reasons may be:

  • International Card being flagged (Call the card issuer).
  • Mismatch AVS (Check the details on your card).
  • Address Does Not Match (Check billing details).
  • Transaction has been declined (Check your card status).
For any other errors, please contact us with a screen shot of the error so we can better assist you.

I Need To Add Items/Cancel My Order

Orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. To make any changes to your order, including canceling, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the requested changes. Additional fees may apply.

If you contact us after your order has left our warehouse, we are not able to make changes, and our ability to get your package back may be limited.

Tracking My Order

When your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You may need to check your Junk/Spam folders.If you do not receive an email confirmation, you can look up your order in your account. If your order has shipped, tracking details will appear.

If your order is shipped via FedEx, you will receive the Delivery Manager link to update delivery instructions, signatures, etc.

My Order Never Arrived

If you have tracked your order and states it has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us.

If you live in a location with a shared mail room (and packages are left outside a box), you may want to add Signature Upon Delivery to your package. Please contact us before your order is shipped. Additional fees may apply.
